Clothing Swap: Shop for free

A lot of people love to obtain new clothes, and get sick of some of their clothes after just a couple months of owning them. A great suggestion is why not through a Clothing Swap party?

A few friends and I, make it a habit to meet up at least twice a year. We all bring clothes we long longer want,that is too big, too small ect. and we swap. I can update my wardrobe and I can do this for free. Plus I can get rid of all those old clothes I no longer want/need.

Have any great tips or tricks to save on clothing? Post it below, I would love to hear your ideas.

    I attended such a party years ago, and yes, it was a success! You just need a big room, a host and some ground rules (ie NO permanently STAINED items or NO baby clothes). It can be really useful though for kids stuff, if allowed, and sort things by table/area such as 'girls', 'shoes', 'accessories' or 'books'.

    My only other personal favorite is thrift storing. There are so many more choices in style, and size, and the prices fit.
